Подскажите, чем закончились ваши эксперименты? Вернулись на Linux или остались на Windows Server?
Если вернулись на Linux, удалось победить ошибки?

Да, вернулся. Есть два положительных результата. Причина ошибок, полагаю, была в неправильно выставленных правах, а именно, как рекомендовалось в статье 2017 года. Если же учесть рекомендации от 1С для публикации файловых баз, то подобных ошибок не возникает.

А с чего вы взяли, что проблема именно в количестве соединений?

Как "откуда"? Он же пишет:

maxActive=100. В связи с этим, я и предположил, что проблема может заключаться в этом, поэтому и попробовал подправить конфиг.

Так пробовали?

zmblobchk --export-dir /tmp --missing-blob-delete-item -v start

Попробовал. Ошибка вышла ровно такая же, как в первом сообщений, без каких-либо изменений.
